the UCC at Elmhurst College

Did you know that Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL is a UCC college?  It was first formed in 1871 when Land was donated to the German Evangelical Synod of the Northwest, and became a part of the United Church of Christ when the Evangelical, Congregational and Reformed churches merged in 1957.  It was originally established as a school to prepare young men for theologial seminary and to train teachers, but now offers degrees in a wide variety of majors.  You can learn more about Elmhurst College by clicking on this link:
